Higher Pay for Effective Teachers
In order to attract and maintain great teachers we will need to pay them a higher wage. I support paying effective teachers based on multi metric performance. I support higher pay for effective teachers.
(The authority to address teacher pay is not the role of our federal government, local governments should address this issue.)
