Strict Ballot Access Restrictions
Strict ballot access restrictions that prevent third party candidates and non party candidates from having their name listed on state ballots might be good for the Republicans and Democrats, but it's bad for America.
I do not support disproportionate filing fees or signature requirements that states might impose on independents or third party candidates.
